The classroom Extron Control System allows you to control audio and video in the classroom.
Display Control: In the upper left-hand corner, press On to turn on the projector or press Off to turn off the Projector.
Volume Control: In the lower left-hand corner, turn the knob to raise and lower the volume.
Audio/Video Mute and Unmute: In the middle top of the panel, press AV Mute to mute to hide the display and audio. The screen will go black and audio will be muted. Press AV Unmute to show the projector again and allow audio.
Display 2 On/Off: In the bottom middle, press Display 2 On/Off to turn the monitor in the back of the room on or off.
Source Selection: In the lower right-hand corner, press Doc Cam, Laptop, or PC to select which source you want shown on the projector. If you have a laptop, you will need to plug in the cable that is provided for laptops at the podium. The cables for laptop connections vary per room but are usually HDMI or Mini DisplayPort.
Remember to sign out of the computer and turn off equipment before you leave by pressing Off on the Extron panel.
