Self Service - Update Contact Information

  1. Sign-in to the MyNIC portal: https://my.nic.edu/
  2. In the search bar at the top of the screen, type Contact Information and press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Information.
  4. From the Contact Information screen, you can:
    • Click Confirm, to confirm your address, personal e-mail address, and phone number. 
    • Click the Edit icon to edit the existing address, personal e-mail address, and phone number. 
    • Click + Add New Address to add an address or + Add New Phone to add a phone number.
    • Note: You cannot edit your NIC provided employee or student email address.
  5. If you click the Edit icon, a pop up will display.  To update your address, type your address, select the Type, and click Update Address.  
    • Note: If you are updating phone numbers, please include only your own phone number(s).  If it is a cell number, please select the Cell type.  Do not include emergency contacts.  Please see Self Service - Update Emergency Contact Information for updating your emergency contacts.
