Adjustable Height Desk displaying "E07" and will not move up or down

To clear the "E07" message and return the auto-lift desk to an operable state, do the following:

1. Make sure the are below the desk is free of anything that may obstruct the desk from lowering.
2. Press and hold the down arrow button until the desk fully bottoms-out.
3. Once the desk bottoms-out, release the down arrow button, and then press and hold the down arrow button again for a whole five seconds until "ASr" or "rST" appears on the display.
4. Release the down arrow button.
5. Press the down arrow button again until the desk lowers, then raises, and clicks.
6. After that the desk is reset and will function properly.
