- Open Outlook and go to: File > Account Settings > Account Settings
- Note: Prior to adding an account, you will need to have been granted permission/access to the email account.
- Ensure your email address is highlighted and click on the Change icon.
- Next, click on More Settings …
- Choose the Advanced tab and choose Add…
- Type in the name of the mailbox and click OK. Next, OK out of all open Outlook screens
- .Note: You may need to close and reopen Outlook for the email account to appear in your list.
