Logon to 25Live Pro
- To access 25Live Pro, login to your MyNIC account at https://my.nic.edu/
- Type 25Live in the search bar and hit enter, then click 25Live Pro
- Note: Chrome is the recommended browser
Cancel a Room Request
- Click on the Tasks icon
- Select Assigned By You and click on the Event you want to cancel
- From that event, click More Actions… and Create “To Do” Task
- Your “To Do” Task should list the Associated Event you are cancelling
- Type the “To Do” Name: Cancel Request
- Type a “To Do” Comment: Enter your reason for cancellation
- The date is required- select today’s date
- Under Edit, click the X by your name
- Click on EDIT
- Type event in the search field
- Select Event Services
- Click Done
- Click Create
