Administering our PowerBI instance in M365. As of FY2023 NIC has a Capacity License for PowerBi which allows all users in our tenant to view PowerBI applications that are assigned Capacity resources. This also allows us to share PowerBI applications with non-NIC.EDU users leveraging Azure AD Guest Accounts.

Users who create Power BI applications must be assigned a Power BI Pro for faculty license (be a member of the ENT.M365.POWERBIPRO AD group).

Users needing to see these applications will need the Power BI (free) License
