Update the BeyondTrust Appliance B Series
BeyondTrust Technical Support builds a copy of your certificate into your software.
Therefore, when you create a new certificate, you must send to BeyondTrust Technical Support a copy of your certificate and also a screenshot of your Status > Basics page to identify the B Series Appliance being updated.
I contacted their support to make sure they have this when updating the certificate.
Here are steps to get this accomplished.
- Take a snapshot of VM
- Browse to https://bomgar.nic.edu/appliance
- Go to > Security > Certificates
- Select Import.

5. Upload the renewed certificate from in common.

6. Choose to keep existing key.
7. Delete old cert after new is imported.

8. Set new cert as default

You do NOT need to restart for cert to become active in service.
