Outlook Mobile: Add a Shared Email Account

If you have the Outlook Mobile app installed in your mobile device, and have signed into your NIC email account, you can add shared email accounts to the app that you have access to.

Android

1. Open the Outlook app and tap your initial or image, located in the upper left-hand corner.

2. Tap the calendar + icon, located in the left-hand side pop out. 

3. Tap Add a shared mailbox.

4. Type the email address of the shared email account you want to add.  (Ex: helpdesk@nic.edu)  Tap Continue.   

5. The account will be added to the Outlook Mobile app.

Apple iOS

1. Open the Outlook app and tap your initial or image, located in the upper left-hand corner.

2. Tap the calendar + icon, located in the left-hand side pop out. 

3. Tap Add Shared Mailbox.

4. Type the email address of the shared email account you want to add.  (Ex: helpdesk@nic.edu)  Tap Add Shared Mailbox.  

5. The account will be added to the Outlook Mobile app.
