Overview
As we add a certificate into our environment, we create an scheduled ticket in Team Dynamix so that ticket is automatically generated a month before the certificate expires. This ticket notifies the "owner" of the application so they are aware that we will be reaching out to them regarding the renewal as well as creating that ticket in our queue. This document covers how to modify this ticket for the following year if necessary as well as how to create a Certificate Renewal Scheduled ticket when we add a new server/service to our environment.
Ticket templates and schedule tickets can only be edited by their owner. The owner can only be changed by a TD Ticket Administrators.

- When a schedule ticket notification is sent out for a certificate renewal, that request goes to not just the NetSys team, but also the "owner" of the application which is defined in the Requestor field. Though this field is in the Ticket Template, it's the Ticket Schedule where the Requestor is defined (and is a required field in the Ticket Schedule)
