Submit Online Request to Schedule and Create Healthcare Simulations
At least two weeks prior to your simulation verify availability of the Sim Center on the Sim Center Outlook calendar. Once you have selected your desired date(s)/time(s) please visit the request form and submit your scheduling request. If you do not have access to the Sim Center calendar please email simcenter@nic.edu to request access. If you need assistance viewing the calendar in Outlook please contact the IT Help Desk at extension 3280 (208-769-3280 from off campus).
Complete the Request Form
The form includes a number of required fields so that we can collect the information necessary to complete your scheduling request. Please be specific when entering the dates and times. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been successfully submitted. For changes or cancellation after submitting your request, please feel free to reply to the confirmation email. You can also visit nic.edu/it, click My Tickets, select the request you want to edit, and then click Withdraw Request to cancel, click Comment to add more information to your request, or Update to change your request. You will receive progress updates as your request is processed.
