The search function in the NIC course catalog allows you to search for and filter your results by Term, Subject, Courses and Sections, Days of the week, Location, Course Type, Availability, Instructors, Topics, and Instruction Type.
- Catalog access:
- Under Term, select a term.
- Optional: After selecting a term, you can filter your search by selecting a Subject, entering Course and Section numbers, selecting Days of the Week, select a Location, and select a Course Type.
- Click Search.
- After you click Search, you can further filter your results by Availability, Subjects, Locations, Terms, Days of Week, Instructors, Course Types, Topics, and Instruction Type.
- Click on the Section Name to review credits for the course, any pre-requisites required, and a course description.
- From the search results, NIC students who have signed in can add courses and/or course sections to their course plan. The public can view results for available courses and course sections.
