Zoom conference rooms are similar to a standard office set-up with additional or upgraded equipment to provide accompanying features for ease of use when conducting or attending a conference. Additional/upgraded equipment installed:
- TV
- One PTZ (pan, tilt, Zoom) camera mounted by the TV.
- Mic array and speaker for better room audio.
This article will provide steps for using the Zoom conference room with Zoom.
Zoom Conference Rooms:

- MHS 153, 168, 169, 210, 235, 240

- PST 201
- STR 101, 211
- SHE 103
- SBT 119
- Sign-In to the PC with your NIC username and password.
Note: You may need to turn on the wireless mouse/keyboard and turn on the TV with the remote.
- If you are hosting the meeting, open the Zoom desktop client and Sign in with SSO.
- Click here for steps to sign in to Zoom.
- Join/start your Zoom meeting from the Zoom desktop client or from a link in your email.
- Once you have joined your Zoom meeting, check your Audio and Video settings.
- To check your Audio settings: Click the up arrow next to the mic icon. Make sure there is a check mark next to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (HDL300) for both the microphone and speakers.
- To check your Video settings: Click the up arrow next to the camera icon. Make sure there is a check mark next to Logi Rally Camera.
- Adjust the camera using the camera remote.
- Once your conference is over, make sure you sign out of the PC. You can do this by right-clicking the Start Menu, located in the lower left-hand corner.Under Shut down or sign out, select Sign out.
- Turn Off the TV with the TV remote.
- Turn off the wireless mouse and keyboard.
