Access 25Live

  1. To access 25Live, login to your MyNIC account at https://my.nic.edu
  2. Type 25Live in the search bar and hit enter, then click on 25Live.
  3. Next, click Sign In (top right).
  4. If asked, enter your MyNIC credentials, chose Sign In.
  5. Your name should now appear in place of the Sign In link.

Quick Search

  1. The quick search box allows you to quickly search for a room using location, events, or resources.

Search by Building

  1. To search by building:
    • Enter the 3-digit building code, partial building name, or full building name then choose Go.
    • For example, to search for all rooms in Meyer Health & Sciences you can enter:
      • MHS
      • Meyer or Meyer Health or Health
      • Meyer Health & Science
  2. Next you will receive a list of all the locations for the building you searched.
  3. You may need to scroll forward (bottom right) to the next page if you do not see the room you are looking for in the list.
  4. To view the schedule for a specific room, click on the name in blue.  For example, to view MHS 113 click on

Search by Room Number

  1. To search by room number:
    • Enter an asterisk followed by the room number then choose Go.
    • For example, to search for all rooms with the room number 113 you can enter:
      • *113 

  1. Next you will receive a list of all rooms with the room number you searched.
  2. You may need to scroll forward (bottom right) to the next page if you do not see the room you are looking for in the list.
  3. To view the schedule for a specific room, click on the name in blue.  For example, to view MHS 113 click on 

Room Availability

Once you have searched and chosen your room, you can view room availability daily, weekly, or on a calendar.  The daily availability tab is the default view.

Availability (Daily) Tab

  1. The daily availability tab will show you the next 7 days of scheduling from 7am to 10pm. Dates run down the left side and times across the top.
  2. To change the dates shown, click the right arrow next to Dates.

Availability (Weekly) Tab

  1. The weekly availability tab will show you the next 14 days of scheduling from 7am to 10pm. Dates run across the top and times down the left side.
  2. To change the dates shown, click the right arrow next to Starting Weeks.

Calendar Tab

  1. The calendar tab will show you the next 14 days in a calendar format.
  2. To change the dates shown, click the right arrow next to Dates.

All Availability

  1. To view all rooms for a specific date/time, choose the Availability Tab from the main dashboard.
  2. Choose the location from the drop-down menu:
    • NIC Main Campus – All Locations
    • NIC Main Campus – Classrooms
  3. Choose the date you would like to review using the arrows.
  4. Rooms will be listed down the left-hand side and times across the top. All rooms will be in alphabetical order by building.
