Self Service - How to View Students Progress (aka Degree Audit)

  1. Log into your MyNIC account at https://my.nic.edu
  2. Select the Self-Service button.
  3. From the Self-Service main menu, select Advising.
  4. From this list of your advisees, select a Student.
    • Note: You may access/find students on your list, as well as students not assigned to you by using their name or ID in the search box located on the top right corner.
  5. Choose the Progress tab. The student’s program will automatically load.
    • Note: Students may have multiple programs.  You may also View a New Program to evaluate the differences in total credits needed if a student changes to another program of study.
