The IT HelpDesk is located in the Siebert building in room 101. (SBT-101) Walkin service requests are welcome.
By clicking the Get Help button on this page, you will open a ticket for IT support. Complete the ticket form to help IT staff know how they can help you.
Once you submit your request, you can expect the following during our operating hours:
Report IT emergencies or contact us by calling 3280 from on campus or 208-769-3280 from off campus or mobile phones.
