Cisco 8845 Phone - Personal Directory

Personal Phone Directory

You can use the personal directory on your phone to store contact information for frequently dialed co-workers and others. You must manually add your own contacts to the personal directory. You can manage your personal phone directory either in the online Self Care Portal or from your phone.

Signing into the personal directory on your phone

To sign into the personal directory on your phone, you will need to enter a voice mail user ID and PIN. Your user ID is your NIC user name. The PIN is your four digit phone extension number, it is not the same as your voice mail system PIN.

Signing into the Self Care Portal

To access the Self Care Portal, you must be on our campus network: https://ccmpub.nic.edu/ucmuser/
