Mobile App for Cardinal Card

Set-up Your Digital NIC ID Card

  1. In the App Store or Play Store: Search for the TouchNet 360u app and install the app on your mobile device. 

  1. Once you open the app, begin typing North Idaho College in the search box and select North Idaho College in the results. 

  1. Select Continue.

  1. Select Log InNote: Make sure it says Account Type: SSO.  If it does not, select Account Type and select SSO.

  1. Select OK.

  1. Sign in with your NIC username and password.

 

  1. Select Accept Cookies and Agree

  1. If you do not have a NIC ID Card, you can take a picture for your NIC ID Card and we will print your ID for you.  If you already have your NIC ID Card, then the photo will show up on the screen. 

  1. Select Continue and Swipe left to get started!

Please follow these guidelines when taking your NIC ID photo:

  • Make sure the photo presents the full head from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin.
  • Center the head with the frame.
  • You should have a neutral expression and be facing the camera.

Note: There is an approval process for the submitted photo. 

Add Cardinal Cash

  1. Open the TouchNet 360u app.
  2. Select the Wallet icon, in the lower left-hand corner.

  1. Select Cardinal Cash.

  1. Select Add Funds.

  1. Select Add Funds +.

  1. Enter the amount you want to add under Online Deposit Amount and select Continue.

  1. Fill out the fields on the Payment Information screen.

  1. Once all fields are completed, select Continue.

Remove Your Device

Before you get a new phone, or if have to uninstall and reinstall the app, you will want to remove your device. 

  1. Open the TouchNet 360U app.
  2. Select the 9 dots, in the upper right-hand corner.  Scroll down and select Remove Device.  You will get a warning, select Yes

 

If you do not do this prior to getting a new phone or uninstalling the app, you may see a message Login Error: Your mobile device is already registered to 360u, please contact your campus administrator to reset your device ID.  You can still unregister your device to resolve this issue as long as you can sign into your MyNIC.  If you get this error, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into the https://my.nic.edu/ portal.
  2. Search for OneWeb and press Enter.

  1. Select OneWeb for Cardinal Card.

  1. Select Manage Campus ID, located in the upper right-hand corner.

  1. Select Unregister 360u App.

  1. Select Confirm.

  1. Once done, try to access the TouchNet 360u app on your mobile device again.
