Submit a Help Desk Ticket

Step 1: Go to the NIC Information Technology web site at:  www.nic.edu/it
Step 2: Click on Submit a Ticket.
Step 3: The online ticket page will open with your department and name are already populated. 
Step 4:  If needed, you can change the requestor.

  • Remove your name by clicking the x beside your name.
  • To add another person as the requestor, click in the search box and start typing a name.

Step 5: Fill in the description of your issue, please provide as much detail as possible.
Step 6: Click the Request button to submit your ticket to the IT Help Desk.
